Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed our King Room for two nights. The comfortable bed and spacious layout made for a relaxing getaway. However, one staff interaction fell short. Future guests should be ready for a deposit during holidays. Dine nearby for a lively atmosphere and local flavors!

During my stay, I really appreciated being just over 2 km from the French Quarter, perfect for a leisurely stroll to experience the vibrant culture, and also enjoyed walking to Coliseum Square Park, which offered beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere for a break from the bustling city. This is an ideal spot for families. the area is walkable with many dining options close by.

Our king room was clean and modern. We hit the gym and explored the French Quarter. The staff was super friendly too. Check-in was quick, and our bathroom was spacious. Definitely recommend for an awesome group getaway!

The only downside was some confusion about the bed sizes. We weren't sure if we had a full-size pull-out bed, which caused a bit of stress in our group.

I encountered discrepancies with meal options, as the advertised restaurant and bar were not open, leaving limited choices for dining. Also, they could use a bit more seating in the breakfast area to accommodate guests more comfortably.

Totally recommend for a weekend vacation

Clean property, friendly staff, the staff was very sweet and informative about hotel amenities such as the indoor swimming pool and free Wi-Fi, making our stay enjoyable and accommodating, and we found it conveniently located just 22 km from the nearest airport.

It was just a decent option for a day tour in Gretna with reasonable value. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Make sure to check for cleanliness upon arrival.

Additionally, the cab ride from the hotel to downtown was a bit expensive at $25, which added to the expenses.
